About us
This website is run by Touchview Solutions, 1681 Church Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2X 2Y7.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST, PST or HST is added at checkout based on the province you ship to, or our province for pickup.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is received, or once we confirm a pay-later order. If an item turns out to be unavailable or was priced in error, we contact you and refund any payment for it.
Quotes and rentals
Quote and rental requests aren't binding until we confirm them in writing. Rental equipment must be returned on time, complete and in the same condition.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Contact support@touchview.ca if something stops working.
Liability
We're responsible for the products we sell as described here, but not for indirect losses, such as lost business, from using them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and Canada.
