What we collect
When you order, ask for a quote or request a rental, we collect your name, email, phone number, address and the details of your request.
Why we use it
We use it to process your order, arrange shipping or pickup, answer your questions and keep business records. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on its secure page. We never see or store your card number.
Chat assistant
If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider to write the replies. Please don't type card numbers or passwords into the chat.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep your cart and the checkout working. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@touchview.ca. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
